Jenny Van Leeuwen Harrington, Chief Executive Officer, Portfolio Manager

Ms. Harrington joined Gilman Hill Asset Management in August 2006, having joined Westport Capital Markets, LLC in June 2006 just prior to the merger of the two firms. From 2001 through 2006, she was a Vice President and Associate Portfolio Manager at Neuberger Berman, a Lehman Brothers subsidiary. She began her career at Goldman Sachs in 1997, where she worked as an Associate and Financial Analyst in the Equities and Investment Management divisions. Ms. Harrington holds a BA in Economics from Hollins College, from which she graduated cum laude with honors, and was elected a member of Phi Beta Kappa, and holds an MBA degree from Columbia University.

Whitney Merrill, CFA, Senior Portfolio Manager

Mr. Merrill began his investment management career in 1969 at U.S. Trust Company as an Equity Analyst. Prior to forming Gilman Hill Management, LLC in 1999, he held a variety of senior investment management positions, including Chief Investment Officer of Wafra Asset Management, where he also managed the firm's small cap value and micro cap value portfolios. Other positions that Mr. Merrill has held include Manager of the Domestic Mutual Fund Division of Paine Webber Inc., Portfolio Manager at Rothschild Asset Management, Inc., and Portfolio Manager at Gintel Asset Management, Inc. Mr. Merrill received a BA in history from Ohio Wesleyan University, as well as an MBA in finance and management from Long Island University. Mr. Merrill is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.

Jonathan O'Herron, Jr., Portfolio Manager

Mr. O'Herron joined Gilman Hill Asset Management in August of 2006 when it merged with Westport Capital Markets, LLC, the firm that he founded and where he served as President and Portfolio Manager. Prior to forming Westport Capital Markets, he was a Vice President with Smith Barney, Inc. Mr. O'Herron began his investment management career in 1983 with Shearson, Inc. He graduated from Williams College with a BA degree in economics, and holds an MBA in finance from Fordham University.

John Harrington, Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Harrington joined Gilman Hill Asset Management in October of 2009. Prior to GHAM, he spent fifteen years at Clay Finlay LLC, an international equity management firm, where he was a Principal responsible for managing the relationships of institutional and high net worth clients in the U.S. and overseas. Mr. Harrington holds a BA in history from Williams College, from which he graduated cum laude with honors.
